Join us for breakfast on Friday 8 March in celebration of International Women’s Day. It is a great opportunity for the female residents of Panama to get to know one another and chat over coffee and something to eat before the work day starts.

Our final lunchtime pilates class for 2023 will be Monday 18 December. We will be back with the weekly classes from February 2024. Keep an eye on the Panama app for details.

We have partnered with Christmas Giving Tree alongside the wonderful Kindness Collective, who provide a Christmas Joy Store with donated gifts for children in need all over Aotearoa! There will be a Christmas tree located on Level 2 in the Gallery (Panama Square) where all gifts can be donated and left (unwrapped) under the tree for collection by the Kindness Collective team on 10 December. #TeamPanama is partnering with NZ Blood Service again to get Panama residents onboard to donate blood.
