Booking Meeting Rooms and Events Spaces

As of 1 October, all exisiting meeting room bookings will be cancelled. Please make any new bookings via the new Panama platform. Log in, select meeting rooms from the navigation bar and filter using location and/ or requirements.

As always, please be courteous of other residents when booking spaces; turn up on time, leave the spaces clean and tidy and cancel any unwanted bookings.

You can now book the Library (boardroom) and Workshop spaces online and pay for them using the online payments feature. Panama residents continue to get 20% of these spaces.
