Workhub has grown from one person in our shared desk space to a team of six in their own private office. Myles answers a couple of questions for us.

How long have you been in business/ worked for this company?
I have been in recruitment for over 20 years now, 8 years of that has been establishing companies in New Zealand.

In one sentence, tell us what you do.
Workhub Services specialise in recruitment, with sole focus in providing skilled professionals where there are skill shortages. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions for employers in staff recruitment and training.

How did you end up doing what you’re doing?
My interest in psychology and human behaviour has always been important to me, and this is a people business. Recruitment became my passion. Improving people’s lives through employment opportunities is my purpose.

How long have you been a Panama resident?
We started at a hot desk in Panama Square shortly after it opened in May 2019. As our team grew, we moved into a larger private office.

Favourite co-working perk? 
Vibrant interactions with different people.

Favourite place to holiday?
Remote beach somewhere facing the Caribbean Sea.
